Eating disorder recovery exists most in the in-between moments - the time between seeing your dietitian and therapist, the moment that you have made enough progress to go down to monthly sessions, and in the long haul of sustaining a supportive relationship with food and body.
ExtendED is a monthly membership for eating disorder and disordered eating support outside of 1:1 sessions. Access anywhere from 1 to 12 virtual or in-person events, outings, and education sessions each month.
Our all inclusive monthly membership offers unlimited access to support and you can attend as many events, outings, and education sessions as needed!
Our a la carte option allows you to pick out individual events, outings, or education sessions you want each month, with a minimum of one session a month.
This community is designed just for you in mind. Each event, outing, and education session is capped at 10 participants to allow connection and conversation that is beneficial for everyone.
