long haul

Recovery for the

Eating disorder recovery exists most in the in-between moments - the time between seeing your dietitian and therapist, the moment that you have made enough progress to go down to monthly sessions, and in the long haul of sustaining a supportive relationship with food and body.

ExtendED is here to meet you in those in-between moments, especially if you're feeling...

  • Isolated and alone moving through life + recovery
  • Like nobody understands your unique recovery journey
  • Overwhelmed and tired by the dominant narrative of dieting, weight loss, and food/body control
  • Like outpatient sessions aren't enough support throughout the week.
  • Competent that you know what you need to do, but struggling to implement it and find your rhythm

You want to be in a trusted community that “gets it” and is “in it” with you.

we heard ya loud and clear...

We believe that rebuilding and sustaining a relationship with food and body that is rooted in nourishment, enoughness, care, and kindness becomes an intentional and radical act of daily living, especially living in our problematic society. Therefore, we envision this membership as a more long-term commitment/investment for those that are seeking connection and a landing pad to come back to during turbulent times throughout life that may activate ED thoughts, urges, and behaviors. In an effort to make this support financially accessible and truly provide the long-term care we envision, see our tiered pricing options below and please reach out with any questions!
